Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page.  This page lists all your orders.  Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: We ship with USPS Priority mail and charge a flat rate of $10 regardless of the quantity of knives you purchase.

Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?
A: Unfortunately not. Please contact us at sales@arnobernard.com to get a list of our distributors around the world.

Q: Do I need to sign for the parcel?
A: On all orders over $100 we require a signature confirmation upon delivery to ensure secure delivery of your knives.  We also recommend shipping to a commercial address to avoid any risks.

Q: What type of steel do you use?
A:  N690 stainless steel from Bohler/Uddeholm.  Steel hardness 60Rc.  Steel composition 1.07(C) 17.00(Cr) 0.01(V) 1.50(Co)

Q: Do your knives come with sheaths?
A: All our knives come standard with a Cape buffalo sheath.  On request we can make cow hide sheaths as well.
