PLEASE NOTE: To be fair to all customers, we do not 'hold' or 'layaway' knives pending payment or return.  Also, we sell new knives and do not offer trades.  All transactions will be done in US dollars.Signature confirmation is required by the credit card processors for high value orders (over $100) to confirm secure delivery.

We take your personal information seriously and take all reasonable steps to protect your information.  Our site utilizes SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting payment information.  An icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most browsers window during secure credit card transactions.  We use a secure server that is extremely dependable and safe to insure that your information remains private.

You must be at least 21 years of age in order to purchase any knife from this site.  Purchaser is responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.  By ordering, purchaser agrees that Arno Bernard Knives has no liability to the purchaser, or any person, whatsoever arising from any use or possession of purchase products. 

Inspection & Return Policy for Arno Bernard Knives
We are certain you'll be happy with your merchandise.  All knives carry a 3-day inspection period from delivery date.  If that rare occasion arises where you feel you must return a knife, you must e-mail within the three day inspection period to receive return instructions before returning any merchandise.  Any returned knife must be in the same condition as it was shipped and must be received by us within five (5) days of the date we provide you with return instructions.  We require that your return include full insurance, adequate packaging and signature confirmation.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

We will normally issue a merchandise credit to you (preferred) or credit directly to your credit card within seven business days of receiving your return; shipping charges are not refundable.  If you are returning a knife, we will not process an additional order until the knife is received in perfect condition and our return process is completed.

Natural handle materials are not warranted by Arno Bernard Knives. (Preventive measures can be used to preserve natural handle materials - yet natural aging and change sometimes can not be avoided.)  We will not ship our products to third parties for engraving, scrimshaw, custom sheaths or other alterations.

We reserve the right to refuse service without prior notice if you violate or abuse our return policies.
